Red Band Brigade Raiding Policies

1. When you attend a raid you are expected to perform your duties without hesitation. Tanks will tank, healers will heal, casters will blow shit up. If you do not wish to perform your duties then do not show up for the raid. We expect you to know your class roles before you show up and raid with Red Band Brigade, if you need clarification or guidance please ask well in advance.

2. During raids the raid leader is in charge. Watch for the Raid Leader and/or designates instructions and pay attention.

3. All raiders are expected to keep current with raid strategy. There are strategies posted on the boards for each event as well as several links to event information. Show your raid leaders some courtesy by taking the time to read these strats.

4. Raiders found to constantly be /afk without notifying the raid leader will be removed from raid.

5. Having other people play your characters at raids in order to gain dkp or loot will not be tolerated. This is a form of stealing from your guildees and may result in loss of dkp and/or removal from the guild.

6. Looting trash corpses during raids is allowed, given that there are not mobs in camp at the time. Any high-end, rare drops are to be deposited in the guild bank. Tradeskill items should be shared with others that need them.

7. All raiders must have a shrink device(shorties excluded), a form of invisibility, and a form of gate. It is suggested everyone carries heal pots, clarity, spiritualism, and haste pots as they apply to you.

8. Listening in vent during raids is very important, many RBB raid leaders prefer this medium for directing their raids. Please don't fight us on this, its part of raiding for RBB, at least be in channel to listen to commands.

9. The use of Audio Triggers(Audio Cues) or GamText Triggers(Visual Cues) is required by Red Band Brigade. Anyone who the raid leadership feels isn't abiding by this rule will be removed from raid until they comply. If you need help with either of these two programs, please feel free to ask an RBB member or officer for help.

10. If waiting lists ever occur, those who are asked to be on the waiting list are at the raid leader's discretion, but will try to use FIFO(First-in, First-Out) method. BOXES will be removed before MAINS.

11. RBB has a 25% RA, Any Full Member who higher then 25% raid attendance in the DKP standings for the past 60 days may bid when the DKP Officer begins the bidding on an item in Round ONE. If your RA is below 25%, then you are considered inactive and you may only bid on items in Round TWO. Once your RA is above the required 50%, then you may bid on items again in Round 1. Your RA % can be found on the current standings page, under 60 days tab, and by looking at the 60 day % column. THE FRONT PAGE SHOWS LIFE TIME RA, NOT YOUR 60 day %.

12. RBB is a non mandatory raiding guild, but we expect if you are online you will be expected to RAID. Should you not be able to raid, or feel that you need to take constant AFK's please let an officer know so that your not attending the raid reflect poorly on you. WHILE we do not hold a STICK RA, we expect you to RAID when you are online, AFTER all RBB is a RAIDING guild.
